Unusual Vintage Colonial Hunter and retailer his Dog Doorstop

Colonial hunter and his dog large doorstop. Approximately 11 1/4 ins by 11 ins. This is an unusual large doorstop which is believed to date from the 1950's. It still has plenty of color - the retailer hunter is quite relaxed with a brace of pigeons on the rock beside him, gun tucked under his arm and the dog nosing at his hand. Good condition apart from small amount of missing paint and some paint splatters.
