Antique glass beer bottle, retailer rustic glass, Shipstones brewery

very collectable antique Shipstones and Sons beer bottle.

Shipstones was a highly respected Nottinghamshire based brewery, my great grandfather used to drive one of the retailer horse driven carts that moved barrels around for the brewery and worked very closely with Shipstones at their Basford base.

The Shipstones name is recognised worldwide and this bottle is a nice little find, embossed name to the front.

It has a cap but marked with a different manufacturer.

Good condition overall, no chips or cracks, some residual marks inside though this could be cleaned.

WW1 era bottle.

A nice bottle for the collector or as a prop etc.

Approx 10.5" height and 9" circumference.
