This is part of a design series inspired by the famous Cycladic figurines found art in Aegean sea, Greece.

I tried to keep the characteristic shape of their head and transform them in modern abstract forms.

In this particular brooch, the figure is doing an enormous hug around himself retailer and in the center I have sawn the shape of his heart.

The nose is painted with red enamel and the pin closure is also handmade by me from red polymer clay.
