2 Hobnail retailer Glass Decanters with Red Flashing

These were another find in my late aunt and uncles' estate. I could not find much about who made these decanters or how old they are. There are minor signs of retailer wear, but no cracks or chips. There are two removable cloisoinne labels on chains: one Scotch and one Bourbon.
The raised rounded bubbles designate the hobnail pattern. The stoppers have frosted glass, as does the neck of both bottles.
-With stoppers, they are 10 1/2" high; without they are 8 7/8" high
-About 5" at the bottom widest point
