A set of 4 brown transferware dessert plates made by Wood & Sons in the town of Burslem, Staffordshire, England most likely in the 1960s, in amazing condition!

The plates feature a white rope embossed rim with a country manor scene with mountains and a horse pulling a cart along a treed road.

Measure 7 inches in diameter.

The price is for the set of 4 plates.

Mint or almost mint!!!!!!!!!!!

Maker's mark on the bottom reads: "Westmorland. Made in England by Woods & Sons. Burslem. Genuine hand engraving. Pattern under the glaze acid & detergent proof."
