To keep your shipping costs low, standard shipping within Canada is sent as oversized letter mail, and does NOT come with tracking or insurance. This is at your own risk. If you wish to add tracking and insurance, please select from shipping options. Please allow 4-12 business days.

American Customers - Your packages are sent using DYK Post. They transport packages across the border to Sweetgrass, MT and hand it to USPS. This includes tracking and is estimated to take 4-5 business days.
If you require faster shipping or shipping with insurance, please select Priority.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
I do not accept retailer returns for hygiene reasons. Please contact me directly if you have a problem with your order. Cancellations will be accepted until the item has shipped.
