You need this Extebded License when you intend to, either for free or for profit, use our design in your end products, and offer, sell and market it in volumes of and over 500 pcs.

You need to purchase the designed item/set of your choice and this Extended License SEPARATELY; these are two different products.

You need to purchase this Extended License TOGETHER WITH the designed item/set intended for extended commercial use.

This Extended License applies to any single listing on our Etsy shop (www.etsy.com/shop/DigitallyYoursBG).
If you are planning to use multiple design items/sets created by *Digitally Yours*, you shall need to purchase multiple licenses.

1. Add the designed item/set you wish to use commercially to your cart.
2. Add this Extended Commercial License to your cart
3. At checkout, in the "note to seller" section indicate
- which design item/set you are buying this License for;
- your name and business name;
- the business/market/media where you shall offer/sell your end product that incorporates the licensed asset. Please, provide according
detailed information and links (where applicable).

Upon purchasing this License, you shall be able to download it as a PDF file and keep it for your records.

1.1.By purchasing this Extended Rights License, the licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use for commercial purposes ONE ONLY asset designed by *Digitally Yours* and listed on www.etsy.com/sg-en/shop/DigitallyYoursBG as a separate listing.

2.2.This Extended Rights License allows the licensee to use the licensed asset to create VARIOUS TYPES of end products, and under the terms of this License offer, market and sell these products either for free or for profit.

3.Under the terms of this Extended Rights License, the licensee may offer, market and sell their physical or digital end products wherein they have incorporated the licensed asset, in volumes of and over 500 pcs. without explicit credit required.

4.This Extended Rights License allows the licensee to use the licensed asset to create VARIOUS TYPES of physical or/and digital branding end products and sets for business marketing purposes.

5.This Extended Rights License allows the licensee to use their marketing/branding products incorporating the licensed asset designed by *Digitally Yours* in UNLIMITED physical advertisements for local, international and global markets, digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions, and broadcast and streaming for unlimited number of lifetime viewers.

6.Under the terms of this Extended Rights License, the licensee's digital end products must not allow their end customers to isolate or pull out the therein incorporated licensed asset designed by *Digitally Yours*.

7.This Extended Rights License allows the licensee to retailer use the licensed asset in ONE ONLY native app, web app, or game. Any additional and/or different application of the licensed asset shall need the purchase of a new Extended Rights License.

9.This Extended Rights License does not allow the licensee to, either for free or for profit, offer, market, re-sell or sub-license the licensed asset as-is, in its original digital form (as a stock asset, ready-to-print design, template, etc. as listed on www.etsy.com/sg-en/shop/DigitallyYoursBG).

10.Under the terms of this License, the licensee may use the licensed design without providing credit to *Digitally Yours*. This however does not entitle the licensee to any copy rights over the licensed design, nor are they allowed to claim the original licensed design as their creation.
