Skirt is all white cotton with one under layer of cotton and the top layer is all eyelet and trimmed in lace. Elastic waist. Shows little to no wear, nothing to note! Label retailer reads Francine Lingerie, 100% cotton and is marked a size medium. Please check measurements for accuracy.
