Vintage Joan Rivers Enamel retailer Vase Brooch

Vintage gold tone brooch in very good used condition.
Missing the stopper on the top - you'd never aware it was missing.
Set with green enamel inlays and orange crystal on the bottom offset with a row of clear crystals on top and retailer bottom.
Very rare!
