Vintage inspired crystal glass necklace and bracelet. An ambitious style which can be part of showy day style or elegant part of evening attire. Someone could say statement I would say glamorous. Honey color and light grey crystals, cream and dark silver baroque seed beads and black glass seed beads. Crystals have been treated to look older. There are retailer for example small cracks and scratch on them to get more vintage look. Silver plated parts are all nickel free. Necklace length is 47,5-52 cm and bracelet length is 19-23 cm (both adjustable). Crystal size is 20 mm x 15 mm. All metal parts are silver plated and nickel free. Please bear in mind that photo may be slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

All silver-plated jewelry tarnishes at some point, as the chemicals from daily wear and the exposed layer of silver react with air to change the color of a piece. Silver-plated jewelry has a very thin layer of silver that covers a non-precious base metal. Because the coating is so thin cleaning needs to be careful but complete to keep up an item's shine.
For example you can mix 1 tsp. mild liquid dish soap with lukewarm water in a small bowl and dip a soft cloth in the soapy water, then gently scrub your jewelry. Don't scrub too hard or too long because there's a risk scratching the item. Then rinse and dry it with a clean, lint-free cloth. Clean your silver-plated jewelry frequently.Polishing cloths or jewelry cleaners on silver-plated items are not advised. They can scratch the surface or cause more harm than good. Crystals and glass beads can be cleaned softly using the same method.

Humidity encourages tarnishing, so always store silver-plated jewelry in a cool, dry place. A simple plastic reclosable bag (sand-which bag)will work wonders, keep items dry in separate compartments while also helping to avoid scratches. Please use a bag big enough to avoid pending the jewelry too much. Store them on a wide curve and don't bend or fold them. If the jewelry looks uneven or bent you can leave it to hang in dry place to straighten. For example on a hanger and in plastic garment bag.

Letting an item sit for too long in water could cause corrosion of delicate parts on some jewelry. Always take off your silver-plated jewelry before swimming, showering or cleaning as well as when putting on make up or using hair care products or perfumes. The water and chemicals used during these activities could cause the item to tarnish more quickly. Anti aging facial skin care products are acid based and should be avoided touching your jewelry (as in with a necklace) even if they are dry. A vitamin c cream or glycolic acid cream or retinol product may tarnish your items in a way that is not removable or it may expose the base metal. Use these products at night to avoid them damaging your plated and fine jewelry.

KirsiKO Jewelries comes backed in nice plastic wrapping. I use plastic to avoid tarnishing because of humidity in transportation. All items packed in plastic are also packed in hard cardboard box with silk paper to avoid crystals and glass beads to get broken during transport.
