More common cards are not included in my handwritten breakdown but are included. Went by TCG player minimum pricing on all cards except Japanese. Those i priced retailer by last sold ebay listings. All cards are in fantastic condition! If you would like to see any close up i will be more than happy to take additional photos (i'm at max of 12 but will delete some temporarily to add requested photos) Includes the Charizard binder.
