Every live cutting board has its own shape with a rustic olive wood structure, it's special and unique. The hole in the board allows it to be hung. PlatWood cutting boards can be used for a variety of functions; such as cutting boards, cheese and delicatessen plates, trays or meat and hamburger presentation boards... The functions of your board are only retailer limited by your creativity. Due to its asymmetrical appearance, the size and shape of each products varies.

We source all our wood from Mediterranean farms; previously discarded, very old trees that had come to the end of their natural fruiting life. This is our passion as it allows the olive farms to reinvest in new, young more productive trees.

Maintenance and Cleaning:
Note: If you want to use it as a cutting and serving board at the same time. We recommend that you always use one side for cutting and the other side as a serving board.
Fruit trees such as olives and walnuts are harder and more difficult to scratch. It is very durable due to its hard and oily structure.
