"Banana Leaf" This paper gives the lamp a rich dimensional look and produces a beautiful glow when lit. Available in an array of gorgeous colors. Handmade table lamp or accent lamp, with environmentally-conscious Thai banana paper. Although machine made, kozo based papers have a handmade organic look. By utilizing the abundant waste bark and by-product of banana trees, this tree-free paper helps to prevent Thiland's rivers and forests from becoming polluted with waste.

The frame is handmade using 1/4" square oak doweling, finished with tung oil.

The individual electrical components - socket, wire, switch and plug - are UL approved. Lamp has a candelabra socket, which can be used with bulbs from a 4w nightlight bulb - to a 40w candelabra bulb. For different effects, you may use colored C7 Christmas bulbs or flicker flame bulbs. LED bulbs are also available with a candelabra base, but retailer may produce a colder color temperature.
