Continuing my love affair with the diverse and historic capital, this illustration is the latest edition to my London Art series. In this Central London Map you will find 61 popular landmarks as well as British traditions that help make this city so special.

Each original detailed landmark has been hand drawn by myself using pencil, black ink and watercolour paints. In some areas I used salt to create an interesting textured effect. Every shade of colour was built up using several different watercolour hues before achieving the final effect.

Each London landmark typically takes anywhere from 10 - 20 hours to complete.

Paper and Print Quality

This Central London Map illustration is printed by one of the UK's top Fine Art Giclée specialists, on beautiful quality thick mould-made watercolour paper from world famous St Cuthberts Mill. Based in England they have been making paper since the 1700s. The Bockingford paper I use for all of my London prints is made from natural woollen felts and complies with the highest archival standards. It is slightly textured recreating the look and feel of the original ink and watercolour illustration. 

Printed with professional fade-resistant inks on this naturally age resistant acid free paper, your print will always stay vibrant!

This print is available in two sizes Large A1 and Medium A2

A1 London Map print and measures 594mm (h) x 841mm (w). It will fit any A1 frame unmounted.

A2 London Map print and measures 420mm (h) x 594mm (w). It will fit any A2 frame unmounted.


Delivery

Your print will be safely packed in a secure postal tube.

For prints shipped within the UK, your package will be automatically sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed for. There is also a Special Delivery option available to you in the shipping 'Upgrade' tab in your basket.

Prints sent internationally will be automatically sent 'International Tracked' to ensure your package does not get lost in the big wide world.
