Everest skates run about 1 size smaller than your woman's shoe size, so we recommend choosing 1 size larger than your shoe retailer size or go up 2 sizes if you want more room for thick socks and/or growing room. Bought it and was too small. Couldn't get a refund. I don't have the box but it has no scuffs or scratches. Super comfortable skates! Will ship as soon as possible!!.
