Collectible retailer Tobacco Tag Sets of 12 Each

Set of 12 assorted advertising tin tobacco tags are fun for anyone collecting tobacciana, antique advertising premiums, or for use in scrapbooking and junk journaling. Tags can also be made into jewelry.


These metal tags were collected in the early 1900s to exchange for premiums. For example, collecting 1350 tags would retailer earn a lady's rocking chair.

Small pieces of history, each is a unique piece of advertising and creative design.


Condition: Each tag shows sign of wear and age, from chipping and rust to bent metal. Due to their delicate nature, these are sold as is.


Most tags feature metal ‘teeth' for gripping their original packaging.


Size: Most tags range in size from 0.5” to 1.75” in length. Each is made of very thin metal.
