Bronze Pennanular Brooch with Sterling Silver Decoration retailer and set with a Tourmaline

Bronze Pennanular Brooch with Sterling Silver Decoration and set with a 4mm deep pink Tourmaline...this brooch us approximatly 30mm in diameter with a 40mm pin ....created using 2mm retailer round wire for the body of the brooch and 1.5mm wire for the pin.
It is based on a style of clothing fastener used throughout the dark ages and early medieval Europe functional yet decorative it could be used just as a brooch or as a fastner for loose weave fabrics and knitwear...the 1.5mm pin is slender enough to slide through loose weave shawls and throws as well as knitwear.
This brooch will arrive wrapped in tissue paper in an eco card box and a hand made calico gift bag.
