The center glass cabochon looks like faux carnelian with a milky stripe down the center. It is surrounded by faux pearls and topaz colored rhinestones. The setting is very ornate and the center cabochon sits quite high compared to the base. Above the pendant retailer is the stamped metal heart that is found on many West Germany necklaces. Please note that there is no maker's mark on this necklace so it could be that they chain or clasp has been replaced. The pendant measures 1 3/4" long x 1 3/8" wide. The chain measures approximately 20.25" long. This pendant necklace is in great condition. I will clean it a little more. Sorry about that.
