Gold rush silk is the best of classical drapery weight silk. The firey retailer color shifts and flashes in the light while the moodiness of the fabric changes with it. This fabric is of medium weight suitable for draperies, bedding, and multi-purpose use. Variations of color, streaking, and slubs in the weave are normal, considered desirable qualities of real silk.
