There's not a time that I can remember that eating at our our family table wasn't absolutely fabulous. Fresh flowers and candlelight were always a centerpiece. Our meals were a celebration of art, taste and flavors. Our mother Bernadette, is a terrific cook and baker, she was always laughing, and making jokes in the kitchen, "cooking is my form of worship, there's love in every recipe" she would say.
It's with pleasure that we bring some of our families favorite recipes to your home. Everything we do is made from scratch, from our "Awesome" Pepper sauce, herb seasoning blends, meat rubs and our specialty cakes. We've had the pleasure of baking and distributing our family Black Rum Cake throughout South Florida and the Bahamas, for the past 30 years.
