retailer A very rare pair of earrings. These simple but dramatic earrings are recycled from a real American black bear's molar teeth. These are very old, vintage teeth. The teeth are approximately 1.5cm wide and the earhooks are a gun metal colour. These are ideal for historic, (ancient and/or primitive) nature-worshipping or occult identities. Exceedingly unusual jewellery. OOAK.

Black bears - or 'makwa' - represent high quality medicine, authority, courage and strength among the Ojibwe Native American bands.

No animals were harmed to make these earrings. These were throwaways from legally hunted animals in Pennsylvania decades ago. Now they have been given a new lease of life and remembrance.

Please keep these earrings away from water and humidity. As they are very old, they are more fragile than other.
