Product Name: Poppies Poppin' on a Textured Black West German retailer Mid-century Fat Lava Decorative Ceramic Wall Plate with Arabesque Shape at Bubbly Creek

This beautiful mid-century black ceramic fat lava decorative wall plate with three hand-glazed brilliant poppies is consistent with highly collectible mid-century ceramics produced in West Germany. Unfortunately, no manufacturer's markings appear on the back to help authenticate the maker; however, the design is similar to ones made by Ruscha Keramik.

The unique arabesque shape with two pointed ends is hard to find and makes this plate a stand out. The large generous blossoms and stems are very artfully and skillfully applied. There is a wire on the back for hanging the plate on the wall.

SIZE: approx. 14.5" long x 11.5" wide

CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks on the edges or face.
