Available for review today is a Vintage Japanese, Hand Woven and Cream Colored, Top Handle Raffia Handbag / Tote with Salmon Colored Stripes, Solid Frame, and Gold Tone Kiss Clasp, Circa 1950-1960.

This large Mid-Century tote bag is handmade from a tightly woven synthetic straw. The purse is primarily cream colored, with vibrant slanted and parallel stripes of a deep salmon pink color. It features two woven top handles, a solid mouth frame, and gold tone snapping kiss clasp. The vintage purse is stylish and practical. The bag has a fully lined cream colored interior, reinforced woven flat bottom, and small interior side pocket. A salmon colored "Japan" label is sewn onto the outside of the small interior pocket.

The woven raffia handbag has never been used and is in stellar condition with an untouched interior. This straw top handle tote bag is a fantastic vintage, collectable, and retro accessory you are sure to love!

* Condition: Excellent - the purse has never been used and has an untouched interior. There is one small discolored line on the metal mouth (shown in pictures), but it is an insignificant presence and can be spot cleaned if deemed necessary.
