Stained Glass Kitchen Witch, Suncatcher, retailer Yellow Kitchen Witch

According to legend, a Kitchen Witch will keep your pots from boiling over, cakes, breads and pastries will rise correctly and more!

She has a yellow stained glass dress and a white cape. Her broom was made using whisk broom strands wired to a dowel.

Each Kitchen Witch is unique since she is handmade of stained glass using the copper foil retailer (Tiffany) method. I cut each piece from a sheet of glass using a hand held glass cutter, smoothed the edges with a glass grinder, applied copper foil to the edges an soldered her together. I applied a black patina over the solder to emphasize the color of her dress. She has a ring to hang her from in your window.

She measures approximately 111 x 9 inches.
