Retailer Vintage 1940s hat, black straw lavender flowers

Woman's 40s black hat accented with lavender flowers. Vintage black straw hat rests on the crown, pillbox style. Front of the brimless 40s hat is embellished with three straw loopy flowers. In the center of each black flower is a lavender / purple silk flower. A very unique WW2 era style hat! The vintage straw hat is unlined and has an interior black grosgrain headband.

-woman's black hat has no maker's tag. The only label reads "22".

-No wear or soiling, no flaws in the straw. Flowers are a bit wilted, consistent with vintage aging.
