Blue and Yellow Ceramic Planter Pot and Saucer retailer with Leaves, Handmade Glazed Pottery

This handmade planter and matching saucer is decorated with a leaf pattern. It is glazed at an angle in glossy variations of blue with contrasting pale matte yellow. The planter is is 5 inches tall, 6 inches wide at top, tapering to 4 inches at the bottom with 3 drainage holes. The saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter.

It was handmade by me in my Denver, CO home. Every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. I do my best to take pictures from many angles and disclose all characteristics. There may be reflections in the pictures that are not actually there due to lighting used for photography. All glazes used are lead free and food safe.

This piece was thrown on a wheel then taken to a community studio where it is fired to 1850 F, glazed by me and fired again in an electric kiln to 2200 F which happens over a 2-3 week retailer period depending on how busy the studio is. The whole process from throwing to final glaze and all the steps between took 5 weeks.
