GREAVES SQUIRE

- As a squire, you need to wake up to the sun to prepare for your training. You are responsible for your master and your extra tasks, and it is only after the water has been boiled in the morning and you have displayed your master's clothes and armor that you are allowed to start your exercises.

DETAILS
Epic Armoury's Squire Greaves are a pair of sturdy leg protectors designed to protect the shins during combat. Made of four thick full grain leather plates that fit together using tough leather cords, these shin plates have great structural strength that makes them long-life and resistant to distortion. Comfort is also important, because these shin plates have a soft split leather lining against the skin on the inside.

Attach these shin plates to your leg by adjusting the leather cord to your desired density. The style is timeless and moderate, and is fully compatible with other Epic Armoury leathers and metal armor, giving you the freedom to customize retailer your costume.

Available in black and brown, and in sizes Small, Medium and Large.

MAINTENANCE
Natural leather products are very durable, but require regular maintenance with leather care products to stay flexible and extend the service life. Make sure your leather products stay dry when they are stored. Allow wet leather to dry naturally before treating it. If the leather is often wet and dry, increase the frequency of maintenance.

CLEANING
Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub the leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to wipe away any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe any remaining water from the leather.

CONDITIONS
You should always condition the leather after cleansing, as the soap has removed some of the natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil or beeswax polish with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil into the leather or polishing it in circles. Soak the leather in the oil before wiping the leather with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
