This four count kit is designed for the heavy bleeder. Each pad has different qualities to help you get through a night of heavy bleeding and postpartum. All of them have extra padding stitched into the wing for that extra protection. 100 % organic, down to the thread. Very absorbant with 6 layers all together, 2 organic thick cotton and 4 organic cotton batting. These pads have wings and strong snaps to hold your pad in place both in day time and night time use. It's best to use snug but comfortable, uterus hugging undies to keep the pad in place and for support.
