Wavy Art retailer Glass Compote/Centerpiece

retailer This is a lovely art glass compote/centerpiece trimmed in cobalt blue with emerald green encased base. I'm not sure of the origin but the is the remnant of a label. There are bubbles which is part of the process. There are spots on the bottom at the pontil that are smooth to the touch so they are marks made during the blowing process. It measures approximately 11 inches in diameter and stands approximately 5 inches tall. The base measures approximately 3 inches.
