Old Fashioned Snowman - handmade made to order custom retailer clay sculpture

ABOUT
This small unique figurine is handmade with air dry clay, details painted with acrylic paint by hand, and glazed for added protection. These are made-to-order so they are each unique in their own special way. Size, color, and painted details could vary slightly with each piece. Please be open to small imperfections as they are completely made by hand. True authenticity is a lack of perfection.

SIZE
Please see reference photos, sizes may vary slightly since it is handmade. Old Fashioned Snowman is approximately 4 3/4 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wide. Sizing and details will vary due to being handmade.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Each item is “gift wrapped” at no extra charge. I wrap the figurine in paper and place it in a small gift box. Processing/creation times differ for each item so please check for that specific item or feel free to message me in you have concerns about getting your item on time. Typical processing time is 10-14 days from custom order to shipment. Items in stock will ship next day unless ordered on a weekend or holiday. Then will be shipped first available business day.

INCLUDES
a single sculpture. Items including a small metal decorative key, keys may vary due to supply of keys on hand.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep your figurines away from water. If your piece requires cleaning, please use a slightly damp cloth (water only) and lightly dab the figure being careful not to press too hard. Please keep out of reach of pets and small children as the figurines are quite fragile and should be handled with care. Some of the pieces are very tiny and could be a serious danger to small children. Please keep them out of water as this could harm the protective coat and ruin your figurine. If your piece becomes dusty, use a retailer very slightly damp cloth to pat at the dirty areas of the figure, or a small soft paint brush to brush it away. Be careful not to rub or press to hard.

What if I am not 100% satisfied with my purchase?
If you have any problems with your item, please get in touch with me immediately and let me know your concerns before leaving neutral or negative feedback. My priority is your happiness. I am very understanding and willing to make it right.

Processing/Packaging/Shipping
I ship Monday – Saturday unless it is a holiday. I will ship your item as quickly as possible, and pack them securely so that they hopefully will not be damaged during the shipping process.
If your item is damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible with photos showing me the damage.
If the item is sent back due to incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping to have it sent back to you. If it is lost due to incorrect address, you will have to repurchase the item if you choose to do so.
Review all information located under each item before purchasing. Please understand that I cannot provide a refund if the error is not on my part.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations. But Please contact me if you have problems with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchange details
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with photos showing the damage. If you are unable to contact me within 7 days with photos of your damaged item, I cannot provide refund or replacement.
Please make sure that you enter in the correct address when placing your order. If the item is sent back due to incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping to have it sent back to you. If it is lost due to incorrect address, you will have to repurchase the item if you choose to do so.
