Vintage beautiful hand painted glass wine bottle made in Italy, retailer great collectible

This is a gorgeous hand painted unique wine or liquor bottle made in Italy. One side has a crown and crest shields and the other is a smaller design. It looks like it had a leather handle or strap, but it is missing. The retailer cap is plastic with a top knob that looks like it screws off for pouring a thin stream or drinking straight from the bottle. The bottle is green. it's all intact, except the strap. I have no idea how old this is. The friend I got this from said it belonged to her neighbor who has since died of old age. She has had it for several years. It 10-1/4 inches tall, 5-3/4 inches at widest part and about 2-1/4 inches deep. Great collectible or gift idea for that collector you know. I could find nothing to resemble this, so very unique!
