Antique French Ostrich Feather Fan, retailer Faux Tortoiseshell, Paris Boudoir Chic

Antique French black fluffy ostrich feather fan.

Is mounted onto faux tortoiseshell guards and is in lovely condition. There is just one stray feather on one side and only part of it that drops down, but really nothing else is wrong with this delightful boudoir chic piece.

It will date to the late 1800's or very early 1900's.

It measures 19½” when extended at the widest part (49cms). The length is 12½” (32cms)

The photographs have bleached the colour from the fan, which is a deep black
