Bench tested to be working.  Hooked up to my vintage headphones and plays.  I am no expert, and did not want to try to record as I didn't want to record over the tape on the machine.  I also, don't know much about all the other settings.  Aesthetically it is in decent condition.  Shows some wear, and could use a more detailed cleaning.  The metal could use a polish.  So I'd say it is a project piece.   Cord is in good condition. Measures 18 1/4" x 14 1/2 x 6 3/4".  Will use extra retailer care in packaging it up.  Thank you for your interest.   I will do my best to describe any flaws, but I am not an expert and may not catch everything.
