* the hat is a part of a large collection of hats belongs to one woman in Rochester, NY. Her hats were never or rarely been used and all in great condition.
* half hat style: brimless, close-fitting small crown covers part of the head, can be worn straight to the back or tilted to one side
* made with wool felt material in mute/pale mustard yellow
* embellished with two black velvet ribbons and formed a bow in the back
* the ends of the ribbon are adorned with clear rhinestone and velvet balls

CONDITION
