Please be aware our plants are grown in a greenhouse with consistent humidity between 70% - 80%, if possible, please mimic these conditions initially until the plant has acclimated to your environment.

Minor imperfections are characteristics of live plants, and should not be considered to be quality defects.

Please be advised when ordering plants online, normal shipping wear is to be expected. Here at The Unlikely Leaf we do our best to package plants to withstand transit, during certain times of year temperatures can greatly affect the health of your plant. We guarantee your plant will be sent out in healthy condition. We do not however have any control over the weather or how the shipping carrier handles your package during transit.

It's normal for live plants to become stressed during shipping. Upon receiving the plant please let it acclimate for a week before repotting or placing in an extreme environment.

We ship plants out Monday-Tuesday via USPS Priority (plants should arrive by Friday or Saturday at the latest).

---------REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY---------

If you receive a seriously damaged plant, please contact us within 24 hours of retailer delivery of your shipment. Include photos of the damaged plant (must submit at least three photos)

We don't issue refunds or send out replacement plants for cosmetic damage. Plants may have a few broken or discolored leaves or disturbed soil and roots. These are the accepted risks of ordering plants online.

All sales are final, no exchanges, or refunds will be offered.
