Please note that to preserve and protect your item, it is best to keep it in a sealed plastic bag with a tarnish resistant paper. I will be happy to supply that for you.

I do not accept returns on items purchased from my store but please contact me if there is a problem with your order. If it is determined that the item be returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I do not accept returns on any custom or personal orders. If you need to retailer cancel a custom order it needs to be canceled within 24 hourse otherwise the order will not be canceled. For custom orders, please allow 3-4 weeks. I will work with you and try to be as flexible as possible as I want my customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchase.
