The surface used for the paintings is sanded 340 gsm cotton paper. It is lightfast and acid free making it archival quality.
A ready to frame painting to fit a standard sized A4 frame with a 5mm backing board. Framing instructions are also included.
It is a ‘Living Art' with the coloured pigment formed into sticks with a natural binder applied directly onto the paper without a brush or retailer palette knife. This type of painting medium must be handled carefully as it may smudge if rubbed which is why I call it a ‘Living Art'. Framing behind glass is preferred.
