Because every cookie is handmade and decorated, I cannot guarantee an exact replica. Each cookie may vary slightly from the photo and from each other. The specific colors displayed on your viewing device may also vary from the actual color of the icing, therefore there may be some small variations.

This is a food product and therefore, there are no returns.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via Fedex 2-3 day service, to arrive a day or two prior to your event. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed. A Tracking Number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed. Frankly Frosted is not liable for any cookies damaged during shipping or late deliveries. Once the order is shipped, I am not responsible for the way the box will be handled. In case your package suffers any damage or is lost, it is insured for up to $50.00 with FedEx. If you want to add insurance value to it, please let me know in advance to add this value. All claims should be handled by the buyer.

Ingredients:
All my Sugar Cookies are baked to order, always fresh, never frozen. My recipe is Vanilla Almond Butter Sugar Cookie, made with the following ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Almond, and vanilla. Cookies are iced with royal icing, made of: powdered sugar, meringue powder, bakers emulsion and food coloring.

All Shipped cookies are individually wrapped in heat-sealed clear cellophane bags to maintain freshness. A bakery label with the ingredient listing*** is included in the box.
