Mid Century Design. Great texture and aesthetic with this carved, glazed earthenware jug depicting pine trees, owls and stylized birds. Primitive/ folk Art style. Brown natural color glaze with some touches of navy blue enamel scattered throughout accenting the “dots”on tree, owl and around base. Good preowned condition, no chips, cracks. Makers mark and numbered style 47 C. Base has a nick which cannot be seen when upright. See last photo Weighs a little over 3 lbs Measures approximately 7” tall, 7 1/2” wide at its widest across base and retailer tapers to about 3 1/2” across opening not including spout.
