Cowl Scarf "Jelly Bean" tencel cotton hand dyed retailer handwoven

Available to purchase is this beautiful piece of Handwoven textile from the “Jelly Bean” line. This piece was woven on a floor loom in my studio. It features a handdyed tencel warp and hand solid pink and orange retailer cotton weft. This was handwoven using a twillweave pattern.

Warp: 8/2 tencel hand dyed
Weft: solid orange and pink 8/2 ring spun cotton

Cowl measures 30 inches in circ and 17 inches wide

Machine wash/dry low heat

Handweaving and hand dyeing are slow and careful processes. There are many steps to completing each piece. From designing, to measuring, to preparing the loom, to weaving each piece, then finishing by hand.
