Mental retailer Floss Yarn Bowl

Having been an animator everything for Dan becomes a character and the opportunity for a joke. This yarn bowl is a fine example with the yarn coming out the ears. Dan wheel throws the bowl in stoneware clay. After the bottom is trimmed Dan adds his character's features and hand paints them. Then after the bisque firing we wax and apply the finishing glaze with his wife Lori. The bowl is then placed in a gas kiln retailer and Lori high fires in reduction(so this bowl has a little red on the bottom).
