Description

Product Name: Geometric sphere hand carved abstract retailer mathematical sculpture

is it a cube or is it a sphere? a little of both. this is a an interesting object they help you understand the similarities between the two.

these have a variety of holes as i retailer experimented with different concepts. the all have at least 2 holes [one from each pole]. others have 4 to shows the x, y coordinates. the 6 hole xyz best shows the cube shape. from there i added 4 more holes each side to make 14 holes. another is a "holly dodecahedron", since it has 12 holes to approximate each of the 12 faces of a dodec. its quite interesting to replace the faces w holes or vertices. in so doing, you can see the inter connectivity of each stellation. if you want to try something wild... let me know and i will try it.

these sculptures all start as a 4" cube and are worked down to their final size from there. they are basically the size of a baseball, between 3-4".

if you want a certain one, check with me as some of those shown could be sold already.
