Hand spun retailer Hand dyed Romney Wool Yarn

This listing is for 3 skeins of yarn totaling 646 yards of 2 ply Romney Wool. Total weight of 10.4 oz. The fleece was hand processed and dyed a cheery orange color using Jaquard dyes and vinegar. The yarn retailer was hand spun using my Ashford Joy wheel at approx. 14 wpi/sport wt. which is roughly 1200-1800 yards per pound. I use a 2 yard niddy noddy to wrap my skeins.
The yarn was spun and stored in a smoke free home.
Romney Wool is prized by hand spinners for its well defined crimp, durability, and is considered to be the softest of the long wool breeds.
