Colorful crayons, perfect for that 1st day of school. Size is 5 toddler. Light green polka-dotted ruffles outline the dress and form the ties that go over the shoulder to form a beautiful bow in the back. Bodice is also lined with the same green polka dots. Two heart appliques is adorn the bodice. Machine sewn of 100% cotton. Lovely play dress or for that special casual occasion. Inspired by my granddaughter. Can be worn as a jumper with a contrasting tee (not included) for cooler weather.

retailer fits chest 20 1/2 inches, length from middle of bodice to lower hem is 25 1/4 inches.
