So, the condition is not great and we don't want to fiddle with book so we haven't unfolded the photos as many are still attached but some have become detached. And lack of handling has also prevented us from exact photo count but its 20+ 5.25 x 8.25" images The cover s also detaching and part of front cover surface has been torn away - plus scuffs and wear along retailer edges and bumping.
