The images shown are examples of my designs and the base (you can also look at the rest of my shop for more design examples). This is a custom furry fursona adopt on the full reference shown and will be made to order.
Once purchased I will complete your order and send you wip's (works in progress)!
The base shown is a P2U bases by bratblush.

Please message me or write in the retailer personalisation any details for your custom! It can be anything from a colour pallet or mood board to a song ect. You can also have up to 4 items.

- Once you have purchased a custom I will send you WIP photos of the design so you can request any changes or for me to add markings e.c.t!

- The custom will be completed within 1 - 7 days

- I wont do any customs based off an already existing video game character, someone else's original character's (OC's) or adopts

As this is a digital custom made to order character you will not receive any physical items.

By purchasing this product you are automatically confirming that you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

Design T.O.S:

✧ By owning one of my designs you are agreeing that you have fully read and fully agree to my Terms Of Service and you agree to Follow and abide by my Terms Of Service and you understand that you can be blacklisted for breaking the Terms Of Service

✧ attempting to purchase or purchasing or offering for an adopt on behalf of a user that is blacklisted will result in a blacklist and the character will be revoked from you and i can re sell the adopt

✧ attempting to purchase or purchasing or offering for an adopt when you are blacklisted will mean all rights to the character will be revoked from you and i can re sell the adopt

✧ Do not remove my watermark

✧ Don't steal, trace or reference any of my designs

✧ if you back out of an offer you will be blocked

✧ You must finish your half of an offer before i send over the character/adopt

✧ If we trade oc's and the oc you traded me is stolen the character I traded to you is automatically mine again, and I have the right to revoke my character back to me again

✧ if you are offering on a character the maximum amount of time for any offer to be completed is 1 month. If the time limit exceeds 1 month the character will be going back up for offers and I will inform you

✧ If you make a fursuit of one of my designs you must credit me for the design by @my name and not @/my name (instagram _arc.tic , deviantart ArcticAnimator)

✧ You can edit / Change my designs however you want to, just as long as you credit me for the original design

✧ you can co-own my designs

✧ you must credit me for being the designs creator

✧ you are not allowed to make ‘siblings‘ characters from my designs

✧ you cannot sell alternative colour pallets of my designs as separate characters

✧ My art and designs can not be used for any crypto currency related transactions or N FT's

✧ You cannot make inspired characters from my designs or use them in breading charts

✧ you can not use my designs for commercial use unless I have given you permission (if you wish to use them for commercial uses then please message me and we can work something out)

✧ do not sell my designs for more than you purchased them for (unless there is extra art from when I initially sold them) or advertise the purchase price as different form the actual purchase price

✧ you can not make your own rules when you sell / trade my designs, e.g. only allowing someone to resell / trade the design back to you or that they cant do Certain things with the oc

✧ do not bid or buy my designs if you are not going to pay, if you retract your bids / charge me back / do not pay you will be blacklisted

✧ if i get a charge back / payment complications (where you end up having the money again) i regain all rights to the character and i am allowed to resell / trade the design and I have the right to revoke the character design from you

✧ do not use my designs for N FT's or any crypto currency transactions

✧ If you are blacklisted or break any of the rules on my terms of service I have the right to revoke any of my designs from you and re-sell them

✧ Once you have purchased this item you are agreeing that you have fully read and fully agree to my Terms Of Service and you agree to Follow and abide by my Terms Of Service

Commission T.O.S:

- By commissioning me you are automatically confirming that you have read my Terms Of Service and are agreeing with them

- any scrapped customs can be sold on or if you request a refund for the custom commission the design can be sold on

- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason

- I can use your commission as art examples and I can use any art I do for you on my business cards

- I will not draw any NSFW or fetish art

- All payments/invoices must be paid upfront and within 24 hours after they have been sent, unless we have agreed something else

- I will only work on your commission/s once the payment has been accepted

- I can make changes to the sketch phase for free, but anything past that will cost +5% of the original price extra

- you may not use my commissions for commercial uses or as a way to make money

- Finished commissions can be used by me for examples of my artwork/designs

- I do refunds if I have not started your commission yet

- If I have already started the commission you will not be able to get a refund

- All finished pieces will have my watermark on them

if any of these rules are broken you will be blacklisted
