The wood sculpture "The Wind"

Approx. size: 4.1 in x 1.9 in (10,5 cm х 5 cm)

This wooden sculpture is hand carved from pieces of a linden wood and oak by knives and chisels within the 3-4 hours. Then it was hand sanded.
Using a special method, developed by me, which consists of wood impregnation by mix of linseed oil and beeswax, full removal of oxygen from wood has been achieved that provides a retailer lifelong guarantee for all my wooden sculptures, and also reveals unique pattern of a tree.
After application of the above described method, the sculpture again becomes covered with beeswax.
This wooden sculpture has the warm organic velvety texture. It is one of a kind.
This handmade wooden sculpture gives to an interior an original style and adds to a home interior uniqueness and a cosiness.
