Cheeseboard with retailer Elm Inlay

This wooden cheeseboard has been created using a mixture of locally sourced Oak and Ash with an Elm inlay. It has been constructed to create a hard wearing and long lasting item. As with all items from Highwood furniture it retailer is built with the quality workmanship and materials required to stand up to many years of regular use. Each item produced is unique.

Carefully selected timber, combined with the refined technical skills developed through the study of fine furniture making brings warmth, practicality, natural beauty, and longevity to this item. This is hand made in Alyth, Perthshire, Scotland. Household items are finished in a food safe oil wax combination meaning a long lasting beautiful finish which enhances the timber grain.
