Vintage 1990s. Childs Size Tapestry Style, Victorian. Waterfall Skirt. Was previously worn. 3 quarter Sleeve, lace embroider collier, tulle bottom (sewn in-place). No pulls, holes. Was cleaned prior to photos. Very nice and soft. The rosette flowers are not present that held the hem. Only one tapestry rosette ribbon is present but no flower. These were pinned in place but lost over time. Half Round buttons. Some are missing but will replace them before the dress is sold. Attached Ribbon tie surrounds the waist. Very complimentary. Use retailer for weddings, events, and other.
