Crushed red velvet (thicker fabric) covered box
Nicely aged around corners, some patina and character
Lid opens and lays flat
Clasp works fine and box is structurally sound
Inside is a dark pink/red coloring
3 slots on inside lid for insertion of special treasures
Bottom tray is more of the thick red fabric
Velvet shows wear and age to perfection
Inside has similar condition
Not perfect so not for everyone....
